The brief
An almanac / first-encyclopedia for young children — the cover had to feel encyclopedic and joyful at once. Spot-illustration collage around a central title block built from per-word colour plates.
The solution
Twelve isolated spot illustrations on white in a circular arrangement, central composition reserved for stacked tinted-block title (cream / mustard / sage / orange). Reference: a real Fischer Kindergarten-Lexikon.
