The brief
A woodland-birthday story needed the warmth of a family-read-aloud picture book — strong focal characters, an ensemble, and a palette that reads as "celebration" without noise.
The solution
Hand-drawn watercolour in cinnamon, honey gold, and forest green. A cross-legged bear at the centre, three friendly animal guests arriving, mushrooms and ferns anchoring the foreground. Sunset scheme for the title treatment.
